Shipping policy

1. Shipping Regions & Processing

We ship worldwide to most countries. Order processing typically takes:

·       In-Stock Items: 1-5 business days after order confirmation

·       Pre-Order Items: 7-14 business days (as noted on product page)

Note: Due to high order volume during peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Worldwide Shipping (DHL/International Carriers):

·       US & Canada: 5-10 business days

·       Europe: 7-12 business days

·       Asia: 5-10 business days

·       Australia & New Zealand: 10-15 business days

·       Other Regions: 10-20 business days (varies by location)

All timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

·       Destination country

·       Package weight

·       Shipping method selected

Complimentary Shipping:

·       Orders over $100 USD to select countries (see checkout for details)

·       Free shipping promotions (when applicable)

4. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to the following addresses:

·       APO/FPO/DPO addresses (military addresses)

·       P.O. Boxes (except in the United States)

·       Non-continental European territories (islands and affiliated territories)

·       Rural or remote areas where carriers cannot guarantee delivery

To ensure successful delivery, please provide:

·       Complete street address with building/house number

·       Accurate phone number

·       Correct recipient name

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Duty & Tax Paid Countries:
USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and most EU countries — duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost.

Duty Unpaid Countries:
Some countries require customers to pay customs duties and taxes upon delivery. We will clearly indicate if your country falls into this category at checkout.

Important: Failure to pay customs fees may result in package return to sender. We cannot be held responsible for refused packages or re-shipment costs.

6. Customs Documentation

For international shipments, customs clearance may require documentation. When requested by carriers (DHL, etc.):

·       Respond promptly to any document requests from the carrier

·       Provide accurate information regarding contents and value

·       Non-compliance may result in package disposal with no refund eligibility

By law, we cannot declare items as gifts or misrepresent product value on customs forms.

7. Tracking & Delivery

Once shipped, you'll receive:

·       Tracking number via email

·       Carrier information to monitor your package

·       Estimated delivery date

Delivery delays may occur due to:

·       Customs clearance processes

·       High order volumes or peak seasons

·       Public holidays

·       Carrier operational delays

·       Address inaccuracies

8. Failed Delivery & Customer Responsibility

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

·       Incorrect address information provided by customer

·       Incomplete or missing details (building number, apartment number, etc.)

·       Customer refusal to accept the package

·       Inaccurate contact information preventing carrier contact

If your address is incorrect, contact us IMMEDIATELY before shipment.

Failed deliveries due to customer negligence are non-refundable. Re-shipment fees will apply.
