Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items received after this period will not be accepted for return.
2. Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:
· Unopened & Unused — Products must be completely unopened and unused
· Original Packaging — Items must be in original, sealed packaging with all labels intact
· No Signs of Use — No usage, damage, or signs of tampering
· Hygiene Standards — Due to health regulations, opened beauty and skincare products cannot be returned
Non-Returnable Items:
· Opened or used beauty products, skincare items, and cosmetics
· Items from final sale or clearance sections
· Gift cards and digital products
· Custom or personalized orders
· Items damaged due to customer negligence
For United States Customers:
· We provide a free return shipping label via email
· Drop off your package at any UPS facility
· Processing time: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
For Canadian Customers:
· Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
· We provide a Canadian return address via email
· Processing time: Refunds processed within 7-10 business days of receipt
For International Customers (Outside US/CA):
· Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
· Contact us for return address details specific to your region
· Processing time: Refunds processed within 10-14 business days of receipt
1. Contact our customer service team at contact@kiss-magazine.com with:
o Your order number
o Reason for return
o Product name and SKU
2. Once approved, you'll receive:
o Return authorization number
o Return shipping label (US only)
o Return address for your region
3. Important: Do not ship items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Refund Processing & Deductions
Standard Refunds:
· Full product refund upon receipt and inspection of returned items
· Original shipping fee is non-refundable
Deductions (US Orders):
· If order total falls below $60 after return, original shipping ($6.99) will be deducted from refund
· Return label fee is not deducted from refund
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items:
· Provide photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery
· Submit proof through email or order portal
· Refund issued immediately upon verification (no return shipping required)
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
· Initiate a return for the original item
· Place a new order for the desired product
· Refund will be processed upon receipt of returned item
